At Jaipur Robotics, you will support the Company in identifying new opportunities, defining market strategies, and driving Business Development across various international markets. As the company is in a phase of significant growth, your primary goal will be to close deals, develop new markets, and evaluate potential opportunities. You will play a key role in aligning with the Company’s vision to enhance growth and reinforce a strong corporate image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive international market development
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored, high-impact solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities proactively
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage renewals
  • Report on account status and progress toward targets
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market shifts, shaping and evolving the sales strategy to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements

  • Background in engineering
  • Proficiency in English, French and German. Italian is a nice to have
  • Solid experience in a Business Development Manager role
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, partnership management, and revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with international commercial contracts, tenders, and bids
  • Ability to understand client needs and communicate them effectively to internal teams to design the best solutions
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of working independently in a technical, goal-oriented environment
  • Natural leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams
  • Trustworthy, persuasive, results-oriented, and committed to achieving goals
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong international mindset and presence
